A useful explanation, thanks. I don't suppose it's possible to load in custom palettes only? It would be really useful to do this because, (i) it would mean that you could keep the elements you liked separate from a whole UI configuration, and (ii) custom subpalettes could be shared which would be excellent for certain types of plugin.
